Light and dark mixed wiring - It is characterized by the laying method that one part of the line is visible and the other part of the line is invisible. For example, in some interior decoration projects, the electrical design takes dark wiring in the wall body part, and takes open wiring into the decorative ceiling layer part.
The commonly used wiring methods include direct wiring of insulated wires, conduit wiring, and trough wiring:
First, direct application of line
Two points should be noted when laying the insulated wire directly:
1. The direct wiring in the house should use sheathed insulated wires, whose cross section should not be greater than 6m square meters, and the fixed point spacing of the wiring should not be greater than 300mm;
2. In the roof shed, wall and column of the building, it is strictly forbidden to use insulated wires for direct or open wiring. Metal pipes and metal cable troughs must be used for wiring.
Second, through the pipe wiring
When the insulated wire is laid through the pipe, it should be noted that its voltage level should not be lower than AC 750V.
1. Metal pipe wiring that is placed in a humid environment or directly buried in the soil should be welded steel pipe. Wire steel pipe or galvanized steel pipe with wall thickness of not less than 1.5mm can be used for metal pipe wiring in dry environment.
2, in the environment of acid, alkali and salt corrosion media, flame retardant plastic pipe corrosion should be used, but it should not be used in places that are suitable for mechanical damage. When laying in the dark or buried ground, the section leading to the ground shall take measures to prevent mechanical damage; In dangerous explosion environment, galvanized steel pipe should be used;
3. When more than three insulated wires pass through the same tube, the total cross-sectional area of the wire (including the outer protective layer) should not be greater than 40% of the net area of the tube, and when two wires pass through the same tube, the inner diameter of the tube should not be less than 1.35 times the sum of the diameters of two wires;
4. When the wire pipe and hot water pipe and steam pipe are laid at the same time, they should be laid under the hot water pipe and steam pipe; If there is difficulty, it can be laid on the top, and the distance between the hot water pipe is not less than 0.3m, and the steam pipe is not less than 1.0m; The parallel clear distance between the wire tube and other pipes should not be less than 0.1m;
5, through the metal pipe of the AC line, should make all the phase line and the neutral line in the same tube.
Three, slot wiring
Trough wiring should be used in dry and not susceptible to mechanical damage. Cable troughs include plastic (PVC) cable troughs, metal cable troughs, and ground cable troughs. The ground cable trough is connected with a cable distribution or outlet tray every 4 to 8 meters. Putrajaya is very easy to pull, so the distance is unlimited. Strong and weak current can go through the same route from the adjacent ground cable trough, and can be connected to the respective sockets in the same cable box. Of course, the ground trough must be grounded and shielded, and the product quality must also pass. If the office or business hall area is large, the computer is far away from the wall. If you use a long jumper to connect directly to the wall information outlet and power outlet, it is obviously not appropriate. At this time, leave an outlet box near the ground cable trough to solve the problem of network access and power supply at the same time.
